About Us

Renee Parhm

You may be noticing your child struggling with anxiety, big emotions, behavior challenges, school stress, or social difficulties, and you’re not sure how to help anymore. You want your child to feel confident, understood, and better able to manage their emotions. Many families come looking for guidance, practical tools, and support so home feels calmer and their child can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically. I help children and teens learn how to manage big emotions, improve behavior, and build confidence through developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed therapy. I work closely with families, offering practical tools and guidance so skills learned in sessions can be supported at home and at school. Reaching out for your child’s support is a meaningful step, often after trying everything you know to help. At Maroon Mindset, children and families are welcomed into a compassionate space where understanding grows, new skills develop, and healthier patterns can begin to take shape.
